Welcome to Breathe Studio Bathurst.

Our studio focus is promoting body-mind health, fitness and wellbeing.

We specialise in Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, Pilates Barre, Yoga Flow, Stretch Therapy, Adult Ballet and Meditation, with over 40 group classes each week.

For our first time students, we have beginner classes and personal one to one coaching sessions. Allowing you to build confidence and technique before attending our general classes.

We have our weekly class schedule and program pricing on this website. You can sign up under our Member Sign Up tab, or organise for a 10 min Studio Discovery session with one of our studio owners.

Teacher : Personal Training Coach

Ann has had over 40 years of teaching, as a fitness professional, dance teacher and Yoga/Pilates teacher. Ann’s passion is all about teaching, she specialises in women and aging, bringing programs for women to live life with mobility, strength and purposeful posture.

Studio Owner: Yoga & Pilates Teacher : Resilience & Wellness Coach

Keith has spent the greater part of his life helping and coaching others to become more effective in their life. He has spent the last 30 years travelling the globe, training in different modalities. The journey has allowed him to express his true passion in human wellbeing. He now spends most of his time as a Yoga, Pilates and Meditation/Breathe Teacher, whilst incorporating his Resilience/Wellness Coaching programs within his other business ShiftLab Wellness.

Studio Etiquette

✔️Please arrive to your class 5 minutes prior to class commencing.
✔️Please reserve and check-in online via your Breathe Zenplanner App.
✔️Be mindful when other classes are in progress to keep voices low and allow students to leave the rooms before entering for the new class.
✔️If you’re a new student, please register via Member Sign Up or Drop In.
✔️Do not enter the Yoga or Pilates Rooms with shoes, and leave bags and items in the pigeon holes or on the bench seats.
✔️Be mindful that classes may be in progress when you enter the studio.




 

How much commitment is required ?

✔️Consistency creates confidence, skill development and enjoyment.
✔️Yoga & Pilates requires at least two sessions per week to experience the many benefits of this practice.
