Keith has spent the greater part of his life helping and coaching others to become more effective in their life. He has spent the last 30 years travelling the globe, training in different modalities. The journey has allowed him to express his true passion in human wellbeing. He now spends most of his time as a Yoga, Pilates and Meditation/Breathe Teacher, whilst incorporating his Resilience/Wellness Coaching programs within his other business ShiftLab Wellness.
